My name is Paul Long, and I am someone that you need to have on your business “team”. I partner with a local well known Credit Union as SBA & Small Business Manager, my goal is to assist small businesses with restructuring their balance sheet, purchasing equipment, acquiring another business or stop renting and purchase commercial real estate.

Customers that I tend to help the best have these characteristics:

Business annual sales from $500,000 to $20 Million

Commercial Real Estate (51% Owner Occupied) with loan amounts as low as $250M and up to $5.5MM

Business that have been around for over 2 years and with loan needs above $50,000

Looking to use SBA Products that provide low down payment while keeping cash in the business

I have a difficult time helping

New Businesses (Under 2 years in business)

Land purchases where there is no construction or not used for business purposes

Businesses and business owners located outside of the Pacific Northwest
