SBA loan for Hotels

    One bank I was googling on a whim was saying sba for 7a I believe needed to be a person in business for two years. I was hoping for a sba loan of a couple million to acquire a hotel is there loans for new investors?

    Thank you for your comment. To buy a hotel there is no time in business requirement. However, the bank and SBA want to make sure that you have experience running a hotel (or similar) it ok if you are a new investor.
